My left arm is much stronger than right arm, and right leg much stronger than left leg.
Legs: I’ve tried doing unilateral leg presses and putting more weight on the left to balance out, but when doing squats, I still see myself lowering on one side faster than the other. In terms of circumference measurements, it matches the strength performance too.
Arms: I use cable curls & dips predominantly.
What should I do? and should I continue my back squats if that’s the case?
