I’m a natural athlete but absolutely love the huge round capped delt look you commonly see on enchanted athletes.
To create the illusion on my frame I’ve been modifying my training to focus on delts, but lately I think as my arms grow larger I’m moving further from the look I want to achieve.
Is it silly to just avoid training arms as much as possible just so I can better create the illusion of that specific look?
I’m mostly worried about potential consequences on my chest and back development from weak arms.
