    Hey coach

    I had this thought on my mind, would i be “missing out” on gains if i fully recover a day before im supposed to be fully recovered?
    For example i train a muscle on monday and its fully recovered by wednesday instead of thursday (when im supposed to hit it again).
    Would I benefit of maybe doing an intensifier on that 2nd set or even more adding one extra working set?

    I know that everyone is different but id like to get your input as maybe you have had some experience with this thing
