I have problems with uneven shoulder and unevenly-stablized shoulder blade and I reckon it is due to my weak lower trap on the left such that my shoulder cannot depress properly.
Can I have your advise on
1. Could uneven shoulders be caused by weak lower trap on one side
2. If so, what is the best exercise for lower trap that I can add into the PPL split I’m currently on? Or I should just do the activation exercises? Thanks!!
