Hi guys..
Just overall thoughts on a unilateral cable row as a meat and potatoes lat focused row movement.. I find that I don’t have any limiting factors like lower back fatigue..I can line the arm path and focus on driving elbow down where as much as I love a one arm barbell row..my lower back gives out..it’s not always consistent from even a foot placement ..and inswewr my gym is sponsored by life fitness brand and the chest supported machines are kind of garbage from a lat focused row standpoint
