Hey guys, suffering further lockdowns in oz again, was hoping to get your advice on a main upper back movement when I don’t have that proper chest support. I have a pretty good set up at home but just not sure exactly which is best approach to replace that chest supported T Bar when targeting upper back
I have :
Smith machine
Barbell
Landmine attachment but only with baby handles (can’t get those ones you guys have anywhere!)
Cables (decent with pin loaded stack)
An adjustable Bench
Pull up bar and grip variations
Rings
I’ve tried the Smith row, the bent over with baby handles, even tried sitting reverse on a bench and using the cables but struggled a bit with angles and then reaching them under weight lol
Just thought I’d see what your approach to a pull day would be if your focus was upper back
