    I am wanting to solely focus on defining/gaining size in my upper body. Would it be beneficial to focus on one body part per 6 weeks, recover, switch to another body part for 6 weeks, etc. If not, what would a good split look like to achieve this goal? Would following Terrance’s 12 week program be a good start?
