Im interested in creating an upper/lower split as i feel ill benefit more from the higher frequency.
So my question is what would be a good upper body template to use trying to grow everything equally as the program creator is just a PPL split. i dont expect exact exercises, but a template i can fit my own exercise selection into would be super cool.
Awesome what sort of rep range ? Unfortunately I don’t have a chest supported row so what could I use instead?
Same sad most workouts on my site. Too set 5-8 reps. Back off 8-12. Good place to start. And you could do a chest supported 2-arm DB row on an incline bench
