If i choose to train upper body(no bis and tris) and decide to pair 2-3 exercises into 2-3 supersets for chest and back i have the following question for the delts
I believe(correct me if i am wrong) front and rear delts and being trained indirectly with presses and rows.So in maintenance terms there is no need to train them directly
So my main question is where do you think is the best place to fit 1-2 exercises for the side delt?
