Hi Joe,
Currently using your split on “train with” on the app.
I however need to bring my upper chest up more. Shall I switch the flat DB press to incline press. Which angle if so 15,30 or 45 degrees?
Or could you advise the best workout to focus on upper chest, as can’t see one on the app.

Pic attached below is a great option. First two output movements are more upper chest biased
