Hi Guys just need a little advice if possible.
I have started a new Job and I’m going to be very busy so will only be training 2-3 times per week. I’m thinking of just keep things simple by rotating the below routine on A/B split
The aim is just to keep progressing the lifts via weight or reps I will be doing the below sets and reps – basically a top set and back off set
1 x 6-8
1 x 10-12
Do you guys see any issues with the plan I’ve put together.
Single arms lat pull downs(As pet Joe’s video)
Flat DB Press
DB Chest supported Rows(No T Bar Row)
Safety bar squats
Leg Ex (Quads)

Great advice everything you have said makes total sense to me.
I was debating more or less the same as you have advised so all good.
Just going to keep it simple and build the lifts and add in stuff in when needed.
