Currently doing Upper/Lower 2.0 program and honestly love the volume. Was doing the OG version before this and the little step up in volume is actually a nice addition.
Current weak points are shoulders, quads, chest, in that order from worse, to still bad but not as bad lol.
For my upper days I’m thinking of doing two shoulders as my focus for A day, then 1 chest exercise. However for my B day it would still be 2 chest, and 1 shoulders as the normal program prescribes. What are your thoughts on this?
