I have switched over to your Upper/Lower split.
I have had to make a few minor changes to the upper day for preference and lack of equipment.
Can you take a look over it and see what you think.
DB incline Chest Press
Single Arms Lat pull downs
Cable chest press (As per your video)
Bent over DB Rows
To be honest I’m starting to feel completely overwhelmed with information on training and just going to follow your advice and nobody else as I’m starting to feel like you need a degree to do a dumbbell curl.
PS – I know Joe loves a bit of science but he
makes training simple.
