    Hi coaches,

    I did the first day of the upper program and it was great! I took a peek at week 3+ and notice the sets go from 4 to 2. I don’t understand why the sets drop in 1/2 as we progress. Can you please explain?

    Thanks Joe, looked at the intro for the program and it says 1 Reps in reserve for all the sets for weeks 1-2. I actually went to failure in my workout, I’m assuming that’s fine as long as I recover for the next session.
