I have access to a few dbs, pull-up bar, dip bar and resistance bands. I’ve come up with ab upper lower split and I’m running it in a 2 on 1 off style. Could you critique my program? I’m doing alll exercises with 3 sets to failure and failing before 15-20 reps.
