Upper lower split critique

    I have access to a few dbs, pull-up bar, dip bar and resistance bands. I’ve come up with ab upper lower split and I’m running it in a 2 on 1 off style. Could you critique my program? I’m doing alll exercises with 3 sets to failure and failing before 15-20 reps.

    Upper A:
    Pull ups
    Dips
    Db rows
    Deficit pushups
    Db lateral raises
    Db curls
    Db skullcrushers

    Lower A:
    Db split Squats
    Rb db RDL
    Foam roller hack squats
    Db leg curls-
    Calf raises-

    Upper B:
    Db floor press-
    Db pullovers-
    Db shoulder press-
    Rb rows
    Db lateral raises
    Rb curls-
    Rb triceps extensions-

    Lower B:
    Bulgarian split squats
    Db hip thrusts
    Rb db squats
    Rb leg curls
    Calf raises
