First, naturals, beginners, advanced, enhanced; it doesn’t really matter they all train similarly and have crossovers to one another.

Upper / Lower splits are fine. It really just depends on where the split needs to go to continue to progress.

To be completely honest, this is just a broad question and in return will receive a very broad answer. Yes, it’s possible. Or, no it may change over time.

Make sure you watch all my videos on splits (4 videos) on the “help and guide” section. It will hopefully give you a complete understanding- it’s a long answer. But much more to do with training age, adherence, and ultimately results than natural vs enhanced status

Saw video 1-4 crystal clear an straight to the point I’m coming back after a 12 month lay off. Years ago I did total body for 12 months and Im not doing it again nope . I’ll start with upper lower and transition into push pull legs at age forty five I don’t think it’s that big of a deal as long I make progress…. Total body can make you hate working out no sir not for me
