Hey joe this might be a dumb question. Lately I’ve been running an upper lower split 4 days a week but I feel like I can train more frequently cuz I’m a beginner and I feel I can recover from it. So I’m thinking of changing the split from 4 days a week to a 2 days on 1 day off to increase the frequency. My question is how do I track weekly volume for a muscle group while running this type of a split? Will it be 5 upper body and 5 lower body session in the course of 2 weeks? Would appreciate your help on this.
