Is standing barbell upright row a good exercise or is it going to create impingements later on down the track?
It’s great delt and trap work when done right. Wide grip and slight slight bend. Pull up to lower chest
Sweet, yeah I was told by a physio to avoid it as I’ve had a bad shoulder injury in the past! Was just seeing if it was really specified to me or if it was everyone, Cheers Bryce
