Using Cuffs.

    I feel stupid asking this. I have cuffs now and I love them. Performing lateral raises, flys etc are great. Following your advice, watching how the cables move. Question is what is the best way to attach them to equipment? I see the videos and your all set up. I tried to hook one arm at a time while holing it. Tried having it set up and just attaching to wrist. None of the set ups are comfortable at first, trying to get set. Do I need a partner or what. Thanks HC .

    That makes sense. I thought they should be tight. So I tightened them and then hooking 1 was easy but trying to then stretch to attach the other was not working, and when I tried them similar to what you said they seemed loose. The best thing though is once I got started I loved the feel on flys today. Thank you
