I have been following a PPL split (6 days a week)
I really want to incorporate
Dead stop deadlifts (for strength)
RDL/SLDL (for hamstring/glute focus)
And also Rack Deadlifts (back/trap focus)
How would you best manage those exercises to fit them into a weekly plan or would it be too much (if also doing heavy squats one leg day and heavy front squats the second leg day)
