    Hi trainers, in a few weeks I’m going on vacation with my family and I saw the gym they have in that hotel. In the hotel gym the weights go up to 20kg which is a lot less for all my exercises except shoulder work (except presses) and bicep work. What should I do? I am 16 years old and don’t have acces to a car. The gyms that are relatively close to the hotel are a minimal of one hour each way. Should I buy resistance bands or something like that?


    I thought that i would get smaller because my chest press is 34kg and the 14kg different seemed like a lot. So thanks for clearing this confusion and thank you for this reply!
