    Joe,

    Here’s the scenario. You’ve been training hard to get down to about 9-10% BF. It’s Monday and you’re going to be on the beach “stage” Saturday. What are some of the things a dude could do, or not do, to make sure you’re looking your best come Saturday.

    To add to this I also watched a video recently on front v backloading carbs, which do u prefer/use now?

    Yooo! Solid answer as always. Also thanks for going into what a real coach should do for a prep….nothing as long as the work has been done. If I do intend to ever compete I’ll def keep that in mind. Thanks for your time
