Varying progression

    Hey coach. I’m currently running the half body 2.0 rotation and I’m finding I have significantly varying rates of progression.
    Lower body is going extremely well.
    Back / upper pull movements are going in the right direction, but upper push movements have stalled for a couple of weeks.
    What would you advise? Should I just be patient or look to increase volume?
    Currently training between 3-4 times a week.
