I have a new client who is a raw vegan and will not eat more than 550 cals a day. She runs twice a week and does yoga. She wants to start weight training twice a week with me but doesn’t want the training to make her more hungry. I’m terrified for her recovery and don’t want to put too much stress on her. I’ve put together a simple workout with 5 movements just two sets of each with mostly body weight. Any advice or thoughts would be so appreciated!!
