    Hi

    Terrence prep phase 2
    Push day

    1) There is no video of the calf finisher with the stupid walk. Only the pec finisher one.

    2) And on the pump finisher for pull day there is a mistake, there is two RDL in a row where it’s supposed to be the 2nd round of trap (according to your video) so just want to let you know if you want to change it.

    Ok thanks for the attention that you give to those issue, that really making the difference.

    So the issue with the calf video is fixed but the shrug isnt fixed. On A4 its supposed to be shrug, not RDL
