Hey guys, just wondering if you’ve ever had issues with vmo tightness/locking up feeling on the eccentric part of a squat or leg press.
I have been battling knee issues for over a year now and it is so off an on. I take a quality joint supplement and work on brogra and Joe’s mobility program. Still run into the issue at times.
Just wondering if you’ve ever experienced this and what you did to work thru it. Thanks guys!
