Volume

    Hey joe what’s going on
    I’ve a question about volume.. Why every reference or study calculating volume per week i don’t think that our bodies know how much we do per week they tolerate total work…..
    So of some one doing PPL 6x per week training his muscles once every 3 days
    Or some one doing upper lower but on 8 days… Training his upper body once every 2 or 3 days for most
    The latter doing more volume but spread more.. Who do you think is better?
