    New to the app and trying to decide on program. Been lifting for about 6 years and currently interrupting my bulk with a mini-cut. Good results but showing I need to specially augment upper pec and arms. I love the programs but my volume is high right now and though I trust the immense advantage of knowledge and experience the President Bennet’s got, I feel like they’ll continue to lag if I don’t make additions.
    Any recs on programs run where you noticed accelerated progress in those areas without leaving other body parts behind?
    If not, should I add in an exercise or two or a targeted workout at end of week?
    Last, what’s the best way to do that without it being junk volume?

    Thanks for the reply, I love your content and am a big fan of your expertise. Would doing a program like the chest augmentation program and adding in a delt/arms day be beneficial given that execution and quality are prioritized throughout the workouts?
