One thing that strikes me about some of your workouts is how short they are. For years I would do 4-5 exercises per 1 hour training session. Some of your workouts are 30-45 min. Some are only 1-2 sets per exercise.
My question is, why do you train this way and does over training in a session reduce Hypertrophy?
Higher volume may reduce Hypertrophy, for sure. And it’s correlated with doing to many junk sets/reps which leads to exceeded fatigue. Interesting what’s Joe’s opinion.
