Context – stuck in lockdown with limited access to equipment (50kg barbell, 2x 16kg DBs and various bands of different resistances). Currently in a cut (~13% BF, looking to get to 10%) and have been reading wildly different opinions and perspectives of how much volume is “enough” to maintain muscle mass.

1. How much volume is enough during a cut?
2. Is progressive overload necessary (increase sets over time)?
