Have a tight schedule. Would I be better off doing more volume and having less rest time (1 minute). Or less volume more rest time (2-3 minutes). FOR HYPERTROPHY. Thanks!
Everyone is different but majority of people would see better results with more rest time. Turn down the volume a bit and rest the 2-3 minutes. There’s been plenty of studies showing that 2-3 minutes of rest gives much better results than 1 minute or less. That’s just my two cents tho
