Coach,
I do my damdest to pull in as many hours of sleep I can every night (9-10+). However I notice the quality of my sleep isn’t NEARLY as good as when I go to sleep when I’m actually tired VS my bed time to acquire desired sleep hours. So the question is, is it better to get QUALITY and undisturbed sleep with less hours (6-8)? Or less quality sleep but being able to get nearly 10 hours each night? I feel refreshed in either scenario…but getting those 10+ hours is a bit more of an effort. (Tossing/tuning/waking up 2-3 times)
