Hey guys! Would you say that doing your mobile meathead work is more important before a workout or after, assuming I only have time for one option. Thanks!
Always before for me. But I’m 41, work a desk job, etc. I start my workouts with a 10-12 minute treadmill walk to hit 100-calories burned, then go into my mobility/mobile meathead routine. Gets my mind prepped and muscles ready for what’s coming.
Yeah that’s a solid warm up! That’s about what I try to do every time
