Ive just watched the video on warm up sets.
If we do the last warm up set which 80-90% of our heaviest and first set, then drop the weight on the second and back-off-set by Let’s say 20%…then I effectively did a warm up with my working weight of the second set.
Did I get this right?
I tried this yesterday in the gym and obviously I was much weaker on my second set since I basically already warmed up with the second-set-weight before. That’s intended?
