Sorry if this is overthinking but looking for guidance on warm up / non working sets. I’m 41 and trying to get leaner and want to get the absolute most out of the programs (I’m starting Terrence’s prep). With a lot of the exercises being 2 working sets, about how many warm up sets would you recommend? Is it best just to get good practice reps in or use them as kind of a pre-exhaust where I’m within 1-2 reps of failure on the warm up sets? Thanks – new app is awesome by the way!
