Hey Bryce whats your personal opinion on water intake? I’m playing around with my water and sodium intake to see how my body reacts. I saw on a forum that you recommend at least 6 litres for people who train. Do you still recommend that?

Do you have any tips to get 6+ litres of water. I’m finding it so hard
You can try diet sodas or bcaa’s. I think people tend to drink more water that way because of the added taste to it
poppi and olipop are great, for that soda/not soda change super low sugar
Bubbly lime/lemon with added real lemon/limes
