Water retention

    Hi there!

    Just wanted to ask how would you deal with water retention if you are for example preparing for a photo shoot?
    (I’m prepping for a competition-naturally)
    So far I’ve had some water retention problems but I think that’s due to my high salt,high water and low potassium intake (Am I right?)
    -sleep and stress levels are at check.

    The protocol that I’m familiar is to have 7 days ahead high salt and high water intake and then day by day reduce water a little bit.
    Then at the 3 day mark lower water intake a bit more and lower salt intake..during that increase potassium intake. (And slowly load with carbs)
