Any general guidelines for water intake?
Or just go by feel
No real hard evidence on this one. A number I have heard a few times in the “evidence based” community, is half your body weight in pounds…that number in ounces of water per day. So if you weigh 200lbs, you should drink 100 ounces of water a day. That works out well for most as a minimum. But, yes, feel is a good gage. And most that train hard I think need a bit more.
