Hey guys. I know this is super bro, and not necessarily suggesting it as fact, just throwing it out there. I’ve heard George Farah and others mention that if you have a weak body part, it’s because it’s not recovering and therefore needs to be trained less. Also heard Victor Martinez talk about how his arms started growing only when he trained them once every 2 weeks. Also know how much Dorian Yates emphasizes lower frequency training in his book for mass. Just curious, in your guys’ coaching experience, have you ever seen the best progress in a weak body part when it’s trained less frequently? Perhaps even once every 2 weeks like Victor Martinez talks about with his arms. Thank you!
