Hey, what do you think about doing push pull lower hybrid where the 4th day I do weak bodyparts. Not as much work as in bodypart spesific programs you have but little less. Focusing on chest, shoulders and triceps, maybe 1 exercise each just couple sets. My body can definetely handle it, I recover very fast and can handle decent amount of volume. Also when you refer to the programs increasing in volume throughout the blocks do you mean by that pump work at the end of the workout? As I cant see any other factors than pump work at Block 3 and dropsets added in Block 2.
