Are we allowed to ask for physique tips/choosing a program? I’m about to turn 18 and midway through my bulk, super happy with the progress I’ve made so far while running regular PPL (4x a week). With new schedule I can now do 5x so I’m planning 3x on, rest, 2x on, rest. I definitely want to keep PPL as the foundation, but stuck with what I want to do for the other days. I have tons to grow all around but personally can’t see any crazy weakpoints, so I was wondering if you could recommend what plan could work best if you notice anything lacking moreso? I’m considering doing Terrences offseason, or maybe a PPL + Chest/Back and Shoulders/Arms?

^only 162 (started this bulk at 146 in July) at 5’10 so I know I can grow tons all around just curious if any specialization could be more beneficial in your eyes for the time being

Thank you so much! Yeah if there is anything I’d say chest and tris lack the most, thankfully ive brought them up tons recently since finding some exercises i love from you and pushing hard. Delts are definitely my strongest point but I wouldn’t mind doubling down on them so I think I’ll just throw in one or two exercises for them on that Arm day. If I have any more questions I’ll make sure to reach out
