Are we allowed to ask for physique tips/choosing a program? I’m about to turn 18 and midway through my bulk, super happy with the progress I’ve made so far while running regular PPL (4x a week). With new schedule I can now do 5x so I’m planning 3x on, rest, 2x on, rest. I definitely want to keep PPL as the foundation, but stuck with what I want to do for the other days. I have tons to grow all around but personally can’t see any crazy weakpoints, so I was wondering if you could recommend what plan could work best if you notice anything lacking moreso? I’m considering doing Terrences offseason, or maybe a PPL + Chest/Back and Shoulders/Arms?
