Weak Wrists

    Hey guys!

    I have been training for a little over a year and have seen some good progress in my lifts and physique. However, I have recently been plagued by pain in my wrist that I am assuming is from tendinitis. Do you have any tips for how to strengthen my wrists to help prevent this problem?

    Hey Braxton, to add some anecdote to Bryce and Joe’s great advice I will tell you that years ago when I was fighting this same battle I started using Versa Gripps for all of my pulling movements and it seemed to help with wrist pain a lot. Just takes your grip out of movements where you handle a lot of weight.

    Thanks for your answers! I will definitely start implementing more of that stuff when pressing and pulling! I appreciate the help and advice
