I have a question about the super-set for bicep in week 3.
We have 3 set Cable hammer curl Superset with 3 set Machine peacher curl, but I don’t understand we also have 3 set in machine peacher curls when you say no superset in the first set?:)
Example:
1 set: Hammer Curls – 10-12 reps = logbooking
no superset with peacher curls
2 set: Hammer Curls – 18-22 reps = logbooking
Superset with peacher curls
3: set – Hammer Curls – 18-22 reps = no logbooking
Superset with peacher curls
Is this right?:)
