I’m nearly certain Joe or Bryce have discussed this before, but I can’t seem to find it. Apologies if I’m over looking.
I see a lot of academics in our space say that the research shows “10 sets per muscle per week minimum” required for growth.
I’m interested to hear thoughts on this. It’s extremely rare to see anyone take a set to failure with standardized form in the gym. With that being said, I’m unsure how much weight this “requirement” really holds.
I see the smart sciencey people make statements like this, and I throw everything i’m doing out of the window in fear that it won’t work. It’s been probably 6 months since I’ve been on a routine. True paralysis by analysis lol.
