    I’m starting Anti flamingo program and my question is if is important to follow the same order of days every week, I mean, this us my split
    Monday Push
    Tuesday Lower 1
    Wednesday Rest
    Thursday Pull
    Friday Rest
    Saturday Lower 2
    Sunday Rest
