    Not really a question, but wanted to pass along. I was initially a bit skeptical at the lower volume while progressing to weeks 3 and 4 on this program. However, after getting done with week 3 I am no longer a skeptic. Implementation of drop sets followed by more compound work sure seems to do the trick. Two working sets of hack squats after thr drop sets on leg extensions was plenty!! Trust the process.
