Have a long one here I have been following the Anti-Flamingo programming since it first was introduced I also am doing MMA for cardio 5 days a week with some additional walking or running. My goal is to cut down to 10-15 percent body fat and get very cut which I have never been able to achieve I have been hitting my macros but I seem to fluctuate between 207lb and 204lb with a body fat percentage of 26% and cannot drop from there. Is there something I am doing wrong? I feel like I have been very consistent with the gym as well as nutrition wise I have also been able to improve on the amount of weight for certain exercises. Any input on this would be very much appreciated and also want to say I love this app very much especially after the exercise log was added.
Thank you very much for the feedback I did change my activity level for the calculator as I had it set to sedentary just because besides the exercise I work a sedentary job where I am sitting majority of my day I will try this with the new prescribed calories and check back in.
