I’m relatively new to hypertrophy focused training (1.5 years). Started with powerlifting for around 2 years and Olympic lifting for around 1 year. Am 6’ 225 @ around 14% bf. Put on around 15-20lbs of muscle over the course of last year with a little help from big pharma. Previously completed John Meadows Odin Force 1x through and that was relatively manageable.
How do I decide my training level for picking a program?
