So I was wondering if I should be more proactive about eating before going to the gym in the morning. I read multiple things with conflicting information, from it does not make much of a difference, you carry over the supper you had before bed to it is the most essential meal of the day. If I should, how can I supplement this meal and how much micro should I aim for. I’m 5’10 and 170 pounds at around 16 bf.
Personally, in the last months, I’m training without eating anything before the wo and I’m having some of the best wo of my life (I train from about 25 years). I use a good intra wo shake (HBCD, peptopro in more than 2 lt of water) and my energy levels are very high without any GI issue from eating too close to the wo
