    Hey there, so I am trying to find my way with training etc since I no longer compete. I love training and I still needs goals etc or I just flounder away. John Meadows was my coach for my first 5 years of competing. I’ve had other great coaches like Dusty Hanshaw and Tony Friedrich. I’ve been training for over 20 years and familiar with several different training styles. I’m 43 and my health is great, what program would you recommend. Thanks , JOSHUA

    Thanks Joe , I will pick one and get after it, will reach out as I go ! Yeah my last show was 2020, still wanted to get that pro card, but I felt God was leading me a different direction, which was the best decision. But navigating new territory the past 2 years has been a challenge not competing. Will reach out as I need ya , thanks again

    Ok, I’m going with the classic Push,Pull,Legs! Recovery is really good so I will try 3 on 1 off repeat. I will keep you posted along these next 12 weeks !!! Thanks brother great chat !!!

    Joe, So I just finished my first 3 days of PPL, this is going to be lots of fun! Really tidying up my form and and applying what you preach for each exercise, so there is going to be lots of progress made along the way.

    Hey Joe, for leg day on the PPL program, I have the Arsenal hack squat I bought and a Wenning strength belt squat . Can I use the belt squat instead of safety bar squat? Any recommendations for setup etc? Will be buying safety bar from EFTS soon
